How do I book a cab on CabCrazy?
Ans:- It’s easy. You can either
A. Login to www.CabCrazy.com, and go through our simple process – Search, Select
and Book. You will receive a confirmation from us on the same via email and sms. The driver and
vehicle details will be sent to you by the operator at least 30 mins prior to pick-up time.

B. Call us on 77449-77448 and our executives will help you make the booking. You will receive
a confirmation from us on the same via sms. The driver and vehicle details will be sent to
you by the operator at least 30 mins prior to pick-up time.
How do I modify my booking?
Ans:- You can modify a booking by calling our call centre. You may modify the
pick-up location, pick-up time, vehicle type or the primary passenger details. The pick up-time
cannot be advanced to a time which cannot give us at least 3 hours prior notice. Any modification
which is done less than 3 hours from the pick-up time would need to be cancelled and rebooked.
Your previous payment would be adjusted with the cancellation fee (if any) caused due to the
last-minute modification.
How do I cancel my booking?
Ans:- You can cancel your booking by calling our Customer care 77449-77448. You would
need to give your booking id or phone number as reference.
Are there any charges for cancellation? What are they?
Ans :- There would be no cancellation fee charged for any cancellation made 3 hrs prior
to the pick-up time.
All Taxes, cancellation and amendment charges are subject to change without notice and
must be borne by the Customer.
What is the waiting period?
Ans :- The maximum waiting period would be 15 minutes.
What if I don’t turn up after the cab arrives at the pick-up location?
Ans :- We would consider this as a no-show from your end and would charge
you cancellation charges 20%.
What if the driver doesn’t turn up?
Ans :- Please do call the driver on the given number through sms confirmation to ensure that he
is definitely going to be late or he is not coming. Sometimes they may be confused regarding the pick-up location.
In case there is no response from the driver, please do give our helpline a call and we would make the necessary
arrangements at the earliest to fix the situation with an alternate cab at no additional cost.
In case we are not able to provide an alternate solution, a full refund will be made to you.
We have taken great care with the quality of operators we have tied up
with and this should not happen often.
What is the lead time I need to provide to get an assured cab?
Ans :-Any online booking would require you to make the booking at least 3 hours prior to pick up time.
We accept bookings for point to point within a city up to 60 mins prior to pick up time. Rest would require you to give
us at least 90 mins prior to pick up time.
The actual confirmation is given based on the availability of the cab at the required location and time.
How much in advance can I book a cab?
Ans :-We understand that some of our consumers would like to book a cab well in advance.
We currently have a limit on how much in advance you can actually book the cab. It is 60 calendar days.
